Temporary Microsoft 365 hiccups during the permission check no longer trigger false "send as" errors — we now retry and only report a genuine denial.

• More reliable personalization tokens 2026 - Update Nr. 3

Personalization tokens such as {{First Name}} that your mail client split across a line break or hidden formatting are now repaired before sending.

• Dark Mode and Sign-In Improvements 2026 - Update Nr. 2

MailMerge365 now supports dark mode. Use the new toggle at the bottom right of the plugin to switch between system default, light and dark mode - your choice is remembered on this device. Read more
